Should I tell her??

Hello. The story is this. I have a very good friend who seems to have a hormonal imbalance. She is a girl, and lately she is having some fairly visible facial hair. A mustache. I have no idea if she is aware of it. When I noticed it, I was freaked out (on the inside of course, I concealed my emotions.) Should I tell her about her problem? Is it necessary? I kind of lack the courage and I don't know how she will react, although she is a very cheerful and easy-going person. If I think about it better, her mustache does not affect my existence in any way, because I'm not into her or anything; but I'm afraid I'll be a bad friend if I don't tell her. After all, this aesthetic issue could very well be a health issue. What do you think I should do??

She knows, believe me. If she hasn't decided to discuss it with you, she's probably managing okay. Just be a friend.
