My boyfriend of 1.5 years wants bjs but rarely wants sex

I have made it clear from the beginning that sex is important to me. About 3 months after we started dating his desire for intercourse started to decline we would still have sex about once a week and I was ok with that because we still cuddled and spent a lot of quality time together and he still made me feel desired, but we started having sex less and less and we as a couple were starting to have problems which affected our quality time and by some miracle (due to me being deemed infertile and our lack of sex) I became pregnant and things started getting better until I started bleeding and was told to limit sex by my doctor but I still wanted to please him so I often gave him oral until we had the all clear to have intercourse more often but even after our doc said everything was ok he was nervous and worried that I could start having problems again so he rarely agreed to have sex all the way up to the end of my pregnancy. I then had a c-section and had to wait 6 weeks to have any vaginal insertion, I then got the all clear for sex again and my son is now 16 weeks old but my boyfriend still constantly asks for oral and rarely wants sex which I feel like I have to practically beg for, and if I mention that I don't feel it is fair that I'm constantly pleasing him but he's not pleasing me he gets mad and instead of him doing anything for me he just tells me to stop giving him oral (which is when he masturbates, and that really bothers me) I went above and beyond to make sure he was satisfied even though I wasn't able to be and yet he doesn't seem to want to please me... I have no clue how to handle this, he is the type of guy who doesn't want to talk about personal things and he gets grumpy and avoids me if I try to talk to him about how much this bothers me, I don't want to force him to do anything he doesn't want to do but I don't know how to fix this without communication...?

Sometimes a guy stop having sex with you because he lost interest. Theres a chance he is getting it somewhere else, its weird for him to rather masturbate than have sex. Maybe hes lazy and dont like doing the cardio. Have you ever threaten him and say if hes not gonna please you, you'll find someone else that will? See if he gets upset or if he eggs you on. If he tells you to go do it, he doesnt care, then theres a big chance he has a side piece and doesn't care about you. You're just his baby mama. If thats the case leave his ass and sue for child support. Find a man who will do you right.
