Help I am 42 and have only ever had sex with 1 man!!!

I AM 42 MARRIED WITH 3 CHILDREN TO MY FIRST PROPER BOYFRIEND WHO I MET AT AGE 16. WE BEEN TOGETHER NOW FOR 26YRS, MARRIED FOR 15YRS HAPPLIY. HE IS THE ONLY PERSON I HAVE EVER MADE LOVE TO. HE IS EVERTHING TO ME AND MORE WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD SEX LIFE, NEVER ANY BREAKS IN THE REALTIONSHIP SINCE WE MET ..... BUT I AM INCREASINGLY CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO SLEEP WITH ANOTHER MAN. THERE IS A HANDSOME GUY AT WORK WHO I STARTED FLIRTING WITH AND I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING HIM THOUGH I AM TERRIFIED EVEN TO REALLY EVEN IMAGINE BEING NAKED IN FTONT OF ANOTHER MAN. WHAT SHOULD I DO; PLEASE HELP

you will hate yourself losing everything you have built for those 3 minutes of heavy breathing and invasion into your body. you will have ruined your work experience you will have ruined your marriage and your family you will never forgive yourself it will be on your mind all the time.... the guilt will consume you its just curiosity... you just need to find some other projects to get involved in... have fun with. Engage with. Feel like you have accomplished something. sex is just sex... its kinda gross... it just seems like more because of advertising. Love ... is a state of mind.
