Relational dependency

male 44,after years of traumatic relationship breakdowns i have discovered what i am suffering from, it is called 'relationship dependency' also known as 'love addiction' and i have observed nearly all of the symptoms of the 'Obsessive Love Wheel' during these relationships. it has just caused me to lose yet another special person this time very early on but the effect is equally as devastating. im waiting to see if my gp can get me the correct therapy but am desperate to talk to someone, anyone about it, so much so i keep texting my ex and driving her further away, anybody got any advice or self help tips, im bouncing all over the place at the moment.

You have to make yourself strong, realizin that you have a problem, means half your battle is won! Whenever you have the urge to call her or sms! Think that you are drivin her further away with this obsessive behaviour and she will end up hating you, you wouldn't want that. Put yourself first! Love yourself before trying to love another. Lastly if something hurts you this much..please I urge you DROP IT LIKE ITS HOT with immediate effect!! Good luck and know that you are stronger then this disorder!!!

I hope that you are the road to success, remember its never easy, and your not alone in this nightmare, there are millions with the same problem. you just one of the brave ones to step forward and actually do sommething about it! I'm cheering you on by the sidelines, go on and kick ass!! show this sill disorder that your the BOSS here!!! enjoy your life, its the least you could do :)
