Confused about a girl

Hi,I am from India.I am dating a girl for sometime.she is ok to spend time with me.but not interested in committing with me.when I had proposed her,she told that she would want to remain only friend with me and not go in a relationship.so at the end of the day I feel I am being used.seems like she is just doing time pass with me and spending time with me and me losing my time and money.please suggest if what I am thinking is correct and what should be my next steps to get her.

There is no next steps other than for you to move on from her. She has made her opinion clear on where you stand with her and it's your choice to keep on spending your money and time on her just as it's your choice if you need to remain friends with her. It's your gut talking to you if you're feeling used and if that's the case, then you need to move on.
