I recently graduated from a psych program. I love my major, but I never have any reference and I don't have good grades. Now I struggle to find a job. I don't seem to have any skills. I am also a esl person so I have a huge disadvantage here in Canada. I don't know what to do.

you have to understand your problem is not new, many new graduates experienced/es that, too. it is written, "The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands." Psalm 138:8 and “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble," -Matthew 6:34. You see, that situation of yours may give you depression if you let it. Trust in the Lord. Read and research about verses on encouragement, and finding a job. Declare in writing the date you would like to get a job, the job you wanted most.declare it as if it is already yours, (use past tense in your writing). Trust in the Lord and it will be given to you.

If you just have a psychology bachelor, it won't open many opportunities. Most people looking for jobs in the field of psychology get masters or PHDs. Without one of those, the people with them will likely grab job opportunities before you. If that's not an option, maybe this website can help you think of some ideas for work you may not have though of with your degree before: https://www.verywell.com/careers-options-with-a-bachelors-degree-in-psychology-2794918
