My bf of 4 years... And he is selfish in the bedroom.. he always expects me to go above and beyond... And I do I want to please him... He never takes time to work on me... It sux... Sex sucks.. im left high and dry every single time.... I have toys... But I feel unimportant

Stress the importance to your boyfriend about sex being a two way street in a relationship. It's not all about him but both of you being sexually pleased. There are alot of men whom love to please their partners before themselves as it stimulates Thier desire for sex.

Another thing not to be crude or personal here but either one of you triming or shaving in the lower department in some cases is a major turn on. Or as one woman put it makes oral sex more fun.
