I need to make sure that this lawyer is legitimate help!!!

Had an accident a couple of weeks ago and the medical bills have been outstanding i am looking for a lawyer who can help I found one but he was asking for an upfront cost and I cannot afford him. How can I know? and who should I contact to verify, I am just very worried with all these websites and things like that! Help!!

Why not look for a lawyer firm in your city or town which has a physical office you can visit? A lot of firms will do a free initial consultation to determine whether you have a strong enough case to pursue.
