Drug use at work

I share a office with someone and I know they smoke weed and also few others there also.I donot. To each his own. But today the office smelled So much like weed that everyone that came in there keen the smell. I don't care what she does in her private like but when you bring it to work and put me in a position that makes me look bad or may cost me my job.something :) as to be said .and we work in the medical field.
