Life course

Hello all, I am trying to create a course for high school graduates and adults that is 100% free. This course is to teach people how to do the basic things that everyone should know but no one comes out and teaches you. Ex. Opening a bank account,loans,basic computer skills,basic car skills,college planning and tricks, basic home skills etc... but I don't know where to start. Who do I talk to about getting it either added to course options? Where should I host this class? Where do I start ?
