She doesn't want to hurt me

story started 2 month ago when I met this girl. I really liked her after we talked, but then 2 days later I left the city but we were still communicating and our feelings to each other were growing and I realized that I really love her. she told me that she likes me and I told her the same as well and she even called me her soulmate she said she is the luckiest girl to have me, she said that she misses me and she can't stop thinking about me. after 1.5 month I asked her can you let me love you? and she she said yes , she said that she feels just what I feel but she never used the words.yesterday we had a talk and she said that can't be in a relationship now because she thinks she is too young (we both are 16) she said that she is so incomplete and she can't be the one. I said that she is wrong and I love everything about her.but she said that she is not what I want.I said you don't know what I want. but then she said that that you want someone who can love you and I'm too scared of even saying those 3 words she said she doesn't want to hurt me and she is so afraid of what is going to happen to us. I really love her and I don't want to lose her.please help me with my situation. she said she wants to pursue what we have but she ain't sure. she said feelings can change just like seasons cause we are too young. please help me she is everything to me after she said this I couldn't even sleep and when I did I was working up every 5 mins and every damn dream was about her. I hope you'll help.
