In trouble at work

I split with my partner in while tired and drunk and on meds I emailed him some pictures, nothing rude but they accidently went through my work email, I was not at work I was at home but work have found out and I am facing a deciplinary maybe even the sack because they believe I was at work and downloaded pics to work computer I have proof I was at home but now they say it doesn't matter I'm in throuble just because they went through my work email. Also I tx a woman at work on my mobile to tell her me and my partner were back together because she was chasing after him and she's complained that I have been stalking her I defiantly have not she is management I am not and I feel they are ganging up on me

It reads like the two matters are linked and that your action of sending pics through your work email in error is all management need to TRY and sack you. Additionally, your action of texting regarding your relationship status to a colleague in management could be the thing that tips the scales and WILL sack you. You need to get your HR dept involved if the company has one and also an employment solicitor, if you feel overwhelmed, to ensure you have 'protection' during the disciplinary. It's situations like yours where companies will subtly and legally use any little thing to make an ongoing issue go away before it escalates, and it could well depend on your work history and your worth to the company as to you surviving the disciplinary.
