Help I left belongings with friend who I trusted he won't give them back

Help they are very meaningful and personal, some are tools and household items. He has deluded I myself and has attached false memories to my property. I am horrified he is moving now and I am at his house now.What do I do?

I'm so sorry no-one could field your query there and then, but it's not too late. The thing to do is to write him a polite letter via Recorded Delivery, itemising the goods and their value (or sentimental value), demanding their safe and sound return by a certain, reasonable date, of which you keep a copy, and warning him that you will take legal action if not. Then, if he still doesn't comply, file a complaint with your local Police so that even if they don't take action, you have the complaints form as extra evidence if/when suing him through Small Claims Court. (Either he's a thief or trying to get revenge for whatever or trying to coerce a continuation of contact with you.)
