Intrusive thoughts... I cant take it anymore

Im 18, at uni and suffering from depression... I have no one around to turn to and i cant talk to anyone... i haven't got the confidence.. I keep getting morbid intrusive thoughts which are making me want to hurt myself and making me want to die.. i need help.. and this is the only way i can do it..
