I don’t know if he likes me or not

Okay so we’ve been on 2 dates with my friend and her man and that was really the first time he found out I liked him and like my friends man tells us that my crush said he likes me and all of this stuff and so we text. Sometimes it’s fine but most of the time he’ll end up leaving me on delivered and I’ll have to text him back first a couple days later. In school though we give each other hugs and part ways which he offered. We really don’t talk much in person not that I don’t want to but I just don’t know what to say. But first and foremost I’m not sure if he likes me or not I know it’s to soon to tell but I feel like he’s kinda and kinda not. I know he’s talking to other girls but that’s okay cause he’s not mines and we don’t even talk like that. Idk what to do or how to feel. I know I’m not texting him first next time since he left me on delivered while being active like I’m not desperate I just don’t know.

I think it is obvious that he is not into you

This is a bit of a cop out answer, but my advice is to be yourself. If this guy is interested in you, then he will like you for who you are, and continue to show interest. He may purposely end texts early with you to keep you interested! It's easy for people to overwhelm their crush by being forward, and coming off as annoying or desperate. Sometimes a little mystery helps. I hope this was helpful.
