Girlfriend doesn't talk 2 her parents

Hi I am 26 and my girlfriend is 25. We met 3yrs ago and after spending a few months together v fell in love with each other. Everything was perfect and I was all happy. Now my family wants me to get married and I am fine with it too but my girlfriend doesnt have nerve to talk to her parents neither she wants me to talk to them. My parents dnt wnt to wait anymore as my mom has not been keeping well lately. I am all stuck in between, please suggest wht should i do. regards Sid

You need to find out firstly why she doesn't have the nerve to talk to them. Does her parents know you as her boyfriend? Could it be because they would not except you for some reason or perhaps if they know you as a friend and her background is from a traditional culture where she is not supposed to have a boyfriend..
