My spouse doesn’t want sex anymore and if he wants it is hardly ever!

We have been married for 7 years now and we used to have the best sex life, but then for like a year now, he just wants sex only once a month and just doesn’t show any sexual interest towards me :( and well this is affecting me a great deal, makes me feel depressed and unattractive also I sometimes just feel maybe he doesn’t love me anymore. I don’t know what to do, I have tried everything, talking to him, being sexy, being seductive etc... now I just accept it and try to forget about it but I’m seriously thinking of leaving him.
