Should i tell my feelings to my crush ?

so recently i got admitted to a new college and on the admission date i saw a boy . it was my first sight love . he was so cute . of course somehow i got to know his name and that he had a gf . he doesn't know me and i feel very shy to talk to him . i have no clue to make excuses to talk to him so i am not able to befriend him till now.so will it be ok if i go straight to him and tell him i like him ?

It's so cute a first sight love! I wouldn't recommend going straight honest about your feelings when you don't have any connection with him, and more if you'd like to be in a romantic relationship with him. By being honest you can leave a strong impression which can be good but also scary. My advice is to make sure he knows about you before telling him anything. If you don't know how to talk to him at least make him look at you and to be in his mind by being subtly around him, and then maybe you'll feel more confident to talk to him. Some things you can tell him is: compliment his outfit, talk about something you both like, if he has any talent ask him to teach you... I hope this helps and I wish you the best with your crush!
