Confused about ex girlfriend

So I have been seeing this guy for a while now who has an ex gf that he is best friends with. She is now a lesbian so I shouldnt be worried but I am. He talks about her all the time and it bugs me because I don't care. I hate it when he talks about her. She has been away for several months now but they skype for hours. He even house sits for her mother and expects me to stay with him there in her house. I'm worried that when she gets back it's going to ruin our relationship. He will sound less time with me because he will be spending time with her. I don't care to get to know her because I met her briefly once and she told him she didn't like me and to stay away from me when she doesn't even know me. I don't know what to do. I try to just ignore it but it's bothering me more and more. I'm jealous of her or worried about them hanging out cause she is a lesbian but it's an awkward situation. Any advice?
