He won't ever put me or the kids before his mates

My partner and I have 4 children together and have spent the last 12 years living together when we first got together things were awful and after 3 ish years decided to make or break we were happy then for years but I can't ever be happy because he won't ever put us first it may seem so pathetic but I don't know what else to do I so need advice.

I understand how u feel, i am married and my husband always puts me an my kids last.... it does not seem pathetic to me, i totally get you...
