Please help 3 year relationship

im 24 and shes 22. been together 3 years. about a year and a half ago, she was accepted to a school in chicago (we live together in ND). shes always asked me to move with, and i said i couldnt move based on her dreams. then a week ago, she said shes moving for school and she needs to know if im moving too. she gave me a july 4 deadline. this time around though, she said she isnt going to ask me to go with her because its unfair to put me in that position. she doesnt give me a direct answer when i ask "do you want me to move with you" she started a new job recently and her opposite schedule means we have more time apart, which we have enjoyed. this has actually, for the first time, made her question us as a couple. her doubt in US has bothered me every second for the past week. ive kept it bottled up and tried to act normal, shes acted very normal. since that talk one week ago, we have had sex twice which is normal for us. 2nite she rejected sex. shes off her diet and felt fat.

shes gained 10 pounds and has low self esteem as it is. i don't care im always kissing her telling her i love her. has my mind created a problem that isnt there? i am willing to move, but i need a sign that shes still interested. she likes to party but has trust issues. i honestly dont think shed move on too well
