I hate to say it but he got what he wanted out of you. Leave him be. It's obvious nothing serious is going to come from this. If he has not contacted you afterwards to see how you are doing after that he may not even care. Don't let him use you again. Meeting people online can be really tricky. You may never know the whole truth about them. Add him to your list of great ones and forget about him. Don't fall for someone who clearly did not fall for you.
