Girlfriend doesn't want relationship

Ive been going out with my girlfriend for 5 months now and 2 days ago she ended it with me saying that she doesnt feel like she used to and im not like i used to be, this is after a hard week between us because i had a lot of family troubles so i was not myself and i was feeling down. She told me she wants to stay best friends but she wouldnt give me a second chance because she doesnt want to hurt me and she doesnt want a relationship at the moment. However last night i was talking to her and she says she misses me loads and wants to be best friends but she doesnt want to flirt or speak to other boys as she loves me and she doesnt want me to do that either. Also last night she said she wants it to be "as if people couldnt even tell that we are not a couple" and that she still wants to meet me and cuddle and kiss me and tell me she loves me but she doesnt want the complications of a relationship and she is sure that she wont change her mind. Im confused with what she wants because it sounds like she wants a relationship with me but doesnt want it to be official or for anyone to know. What do i do? She has a lot of past problems to do with depression and things and she has spells where her head just gets so messed up that she doesnt know what she wants. Does it seem like she will want a relationship with me again?

Not trying to be mean but i went through the same thing once. she only says that because she is afraid to be alone and is just stringing you along until she finds someone else. Only you will be hurt when she does move on. If she really cared about you she would not ask you to be her stand by guy.

its not that though we split up because she prefers being alone because she hates the idea of belonging to someone and i got so attached that it was too much pressure for her
