I have CP meaning cerebral palsy I've been in a relationship for 6 months already

I feel like breaking down crying ;( knowing that my boyfriend left me a text message saying I was thinking next March I will see you before then, letting you know what I was thinking but i said what do you mean before then :( I hope you understand what I'm saying my boyfriend and i been together for 6 months alread haven't y we only talk on the phone we haven't seen each other for 3 months I feel like breaking down crying heartbroken and I'm disabled I have CP I was hoping if anyone could help me with my problems

You just need to calm down and tell him that the relationship will be hard for you if you two can never see each other
