What should I do if a man hits a woman 31 times on the arm s leaves bruises and happened at the work place?

Dude, it is obviously workplace abuse!!! Don't even bother to tell your employer. Go right to the top and call the police! Explain the things you witnessed and GET THis guy in JAIL!!!!!
