My boyfriend spoke dirty to another woman infront of me!

Hiya, I've been with my boyfriend for almost 7 yrs. We don't live together and happliy so due to the fact he's lazy around the house and a spoilt mummy's boy. Anyway, on Saturday night we were invited to a friends bbq for his 40th birthday. We arrived seperately as my boyfriend was at the pub with some other party guests watching the football. At the party was our friends partner whom I've known for ages and think she's a lovely girl (would even consider her a friend), his family, and other long-term friends. I knew everybody at the party accept a woman I'd never met before and after an introduction we got on straight away. When my boyfriend came about 30 mins after me, he said his hellos etc then agknowledged me last... Bit annoyed but, let it go. The night was going well, everybody was having a nice time and laughing etc and as the night got late his family started to leave. At about 11pm there was the birthday boy, his partner, my partner, this woman I'd be-friended, the birthday boys 14 year old step-son, and another 3 male friends. Myself, my boyfriend, birthday boys partner, her frend (the woman I'd never met before) and 2 male friends were in the garden. Birthday boys partner and I were having a joke abt when we go away next year on a girly holiday we'll have lots of girl on girl fun. But, it was just a banter and we do these kind of drunken banters qiite often. This woman whom I'd never met before is coming with us too so, she was having a joke abt it too. While this was going on my boyfriend was asking us to kiss etc we kind of played along with it by saying "we'll kiss if you kiss Sid" this seemed to difuse the situation a little and then my boyfriend started to quiz this other woman. He asked her 1st "have you got a boyfriend?" 2nd he asked if she had kids. He then blurted out "have you ever had a three-some" then "have you ever had anal" then "have you ever been fisted". I was fuming but, kept my cool and pointed out that he shouldn't be asking those type of questions. He ignored me and carried on persuing her for answers. She cleverly replied "only by a doctor" or "no sorry I'm a prude". Then birthday boys partner was asking me similar as she could see I was fuming so I just gave sarcy answers that made it clear I was joking. Anyway, my boyfriend didn't take any hints, he came up to us when we were all sat together, pushed us together, put his his on this other womans head as she was in the middle and said "just get it on girls, have a threesome". He then got overly flirty with birthday boys partner, she was sat on his knee giggling with his arms round her etc. I'd had enough by this point so, went in the house and sat with her son (to keep him away from what was going on), the birthday boy and the other male friend. I asked for some music and for the peoplei n the house to pick some in order to keep everybody occupied and away from the out-of-hand situation in the garden. But, at 1 point birthday boy went outside, and another guy did too for a cigerette. Also, 1 of the guys who was sat outside came in and they all commented on how it was getting a bit much in the garden so they're staying in the house. I chose to stay in as I was afriad of what I'd see and how I'd react etc. Then after about 20 mins or so, the other guy who was in the gareden the whole time came in and said "you can go outside now, they've stopped". I never asked what was happening as the birthday boys step-son was in there being dj. Then about 5 mins later my boyfreind came in with a red face, looked at me and said "there's the love of my life". After the event was over I decided not to react and just get on with the night as it was my friends 40th and it wouldn't be fair to ruin his night. Nothing was mentioned really afterwards aside from this other woman asking how long I've been with my fella, and does he usually behave as he had been. I should also mention that this other woman was very attractive and, all night my boyfriend seemed very interested in paying her lots of attention. We got a taxi back to mine and went to bed. I'd still not mentioned anything until my boyfriend tried malling me for sex at which point, I told him to leave me alone and how I was fuming at his behaviour! The next day we didn't speak at all, I went out with my daughter in my car and left him to make his own way home. We've not spoken since as I'm too angry at his dis-respectful actions and, can't help but wonder what he's capable of saying or doing to women when I'm not around. We've had a few text and he's trying to act all innocent as if he doesn't understand why I'm angry and upset. What should I do?

guys can be a little smart with their comments, especially when it comes to sex but this sounds out of bounds. Does your boyfriend have a problem with alcohol?

Hello Brook88 and thanks for your response. As to answer your question, he does like a drink but I wouldn't say he's an alcoholic. He's more of a socail drinker if anything. I've been asked this quite a lot as I also have spoken to a few friends too. Why do you ask? Also, what really concerns me is that he went beyond boundries in front of me. And, even worse was that when I went into the house how all the other men commented on how bad the goings on were outside by saying how things were getting out of hand. I mean for his mates to comment on what ever they were up to, must of been pretty bad!
