What to do? Urgent!!!!!!!

There is this girl at my school… and i've liked her for quite a while (since march). She broke up with her boyfriend like two months a go and we have grown really close, though we fight once in a while. All our friends keep telling us to date and stuff, I've asked her out a couple of times, however her dad is a really strict guy and won't let her go out….. Now, another guy at my school start to flirt with her and I feel like my chance is sleeping away. I was thinking about sending her flowers or something to show how much I like her, but not something that shows that I am too crazy for her otherwise she might lose interest. What should I do? Keep in mind that I am from Brazil and here class goes from 1 pm to 7 pm.

Is she allowed to go on outings with friends? Maybe if you could make it a group date, he'd feel better? I've had friends who had first dates and taken our entire friend group with them to ease their parents' minds that they wouldn't, like, be making out in the backseat of a car on the first date. I'd stay away from the flowers unless you know for a fact that she's crazy about flowers. Speaking as a girl who's received flowers, I always found it kinda insulting because I'm not a big fan of flowers. All it says is, "I don't know anything about you so here's some expensive stuff to get you to like me." Not that gifts are bad, but find out what she likes. Bath stuff? The opera? Model trains? Also, wait until you're dating to spring those. Good luck!
