I have a genital rash

I have a rash that began about 12 months ago under the head of my penis. It started a a small spot that looked like scratch and it scabbed over. It went away for a few months after substaining from sex. It returned looking as it started then spread slightly above the head of the penis. As long as i substain from sex it will scab over and peel away and it red a raw. Now i have swelling where skin and scab have peeled and red bomps continue to spread. I also have small red bumps on the upper thigh. Its sore and painful to have sex.

This sounds like balanitis, or eczema of the penis. It does not sound like fungus or infection of any sort. Friction irritates it. Hydrocortisone (1%-otc) helps. Try avoiding the former and using the latter. A visit to the dermatologist for confirmation also seems in order

My boyfriend is worried about a spot that appeared on his penis which has now spread onto his bell end and formed as a scab on his bell end. There are no other symptoms present. It is peeling around it what it be? He is in no pain bu the scab is very large and has been present for the last 6 weeks also the spot appeared in January so he told me. What sould he do?
