This guy found out I like him? Please help

Okay please take the time to read this. Basically I had a crush on a friend that I've known for a couple of months, but we're super close so I didn't really think he'd ask me out. There's this other guy at our school who I thought was cute, and I mentioned it to my friend. Somehow, my crush found out about the other guy and thinks that I like that other guy, along with a whole bunch of my friends. As if that wasn't bad enough, the other guy asks my friends if I have a crush on him, and they just sort of said 'yeah she does' and he said it was really obvious. I don't even like the other guy, I just thought he was cute but that's literally it. Now I feel really embarrassed about the whole thing and I literally just want to cry! How am I supposed to get past this situation, I just feel so humiliated and upset about the entire thing. Am I overreacting? I don't know how I'll face anyone tomorrow, I literally feel like **** and I want to cry. What should I do? I'd be really grateful for some advice, I honestly have no idea how to handle the situation, I feel like I've totally lost control, I feel like a fool. Please help :(

You could try talking to that other guy, saying you don't like him and then talking to your close friend

u should go and talk the other guy n make things clear.. tell him that u dun like hm.. n tel your friends too! tell yua crush/close friend about dis 1st.. that theres nothin like wat al r thinkin.. n instead tel him that u like him n not that other guy!! Well...tellin yua crush is optional.. but first clear d misunderstanding!
