Long distance relationship confusion

So, here it goes. I've been dating just a genuinely wonderful human being for around 7 years now and for most of that time we've been in a long distance relationship. At this point, I haven't seen him for a long time although we talk all the time. I'm starting to get really confused about my feelings for him, about us. And I don't know how to get rid of this anxiety, cause it's really weighing down on me. He's just the best person to me, he's honest, he's not jealous, he respects me and my time, so I really have no reason to feel this way, but I do. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated. Peace

Long distance especially when it is not sorted out sooner rather than later can be a relstionship killer. I have been in a long distance marriage (and am talking different continent kind) for 5 years (am still married) and I just recently found out my husband's infidelity which is still something am dealing with. We have two kids and I am now reading a lot on how I can rebuild my marriage from this recent heartbreak. We are just begining to speak about it and he clearly does not want a divorce too. If we are to stay together, for the immediate thing that has to change is the distance. I would suggest to think clearly about the distance and whether or not it is headed to changing in the future for you or him. If not, it may not be worth it. Distance is trouble, take it from me.
