Hello I am really sorry to hear you are unhappy in your job. If i understand correctly, you feel at a disadvantage because you dont have a degee, Is this right? Please dont get too down. To be honest a lot of people with degrees have issue because they lack experience. So in some ways, you are one step ahead because you do have experience and you are still young. If you really want to do something, then you will get there eventually. Can i ask what it is you want to do? If it is somthing specific you could do a part time course if you think it will help. When i graduated my first job was working as a waitress for lil money, then after 6-7 months i moved to London and took a telesales job that paid really little, whilst i worked there i kept applying for reception work (hated it but it gave me corp experience) then i worked at a fashion company as a junior pa (again didnt love it but i gained true friends and got a good reference to get a job as an office manager at an amazing digital advertising company... and even now I am still striving for progression, but it is a career ladder that i am climbing. I advise that you be positive and confident in your interviews. Keep trying. Some people are really lucky and fall into a great job at first a:nd others need to climb the ladder but you will get there :-) hope this helps a little
