A woman that I like

So first off I knew this woman from my work and she has a boyfriend and I knew that and I'm not one to interfere. and I've always felt this tension between us that we both liked each other but weren't sure. She quit that job one day randomly. Never heard or seen her until one night at a random bar. I saw her and I tried avoid her because I got nervous. she ended up coming up to me and sitting down with and talking for like 15-30 minutes and she stared into my eyes the entire time it was crazy. I asked for her number cause I was like fuck it. shes showing so much interest. Then her boyfriend came and I had to go. Now I dont know what to do.. to text her and talk to her or just leave it be....
