Confused... Does this guy really like me or is he just super nice?

I asked friends for advice on this but I want some more opinions before I do anything big moves and I've never done this before so here we go... When I was in high school I went to a Christian Winter Camp for a weekend and I met this guy there and we hit it off. I thought he was really cute and a great guy.... Then 6 years later I meet him again and we even work together!!! It was so interesting how that happened. We hit it off and started talking right away. When we first started talking he said he wasn't looking for a relationship in this point in his life because he needed to get everything in order and grow in his relationship with God. But we kept talking a lot and still hung out on occasion with his brother and me... Now this is where I got confused. A couple weeks ago we started talking all day everyday, always seems to be flirting with me, tells everyone about me and had me meet his whole family, always spends time alone with me, when he takes me out picks up the tab, has me come to his house, comes to mine, wants to meet my family, had deep conversations with me and wants to know more about me, always tries to make me laugh, always smiles and stares at me, invited me out to lunch with him, his mother, and I, his mom even treats me like I'm a girlfriend, but he hasn't directly asked me on a date... I went out fancy with my friends one night and he texted me " Nice have fun! If you ever wanna do fancy I know one to" I answered which place and instead of answering he said "Who are you going with" so I said my friends lol then he said "ah okay, well mine is * so maybe we can go sometime?". Then recently after a late night dinner he texted me "Thanks for having dinner with me I had fun. I'll talk to you tomorrow and sleep good when you do. By the way you looked very nice tonight (:" then said "It was all worth staying up for (:" (because he worked late and had to get up early) Other side notes is he doesnt hangout with other girls and rarely talks to them. This one girl from work kept trying to text and hangout with him but he wouldnt do it he told me about it. I brought my guy friend I hadent seen forever into work on my day off and he saw him there and just was staring at him then after I left I texted him saying he needs to play video games with me and he said why dont you play with the guy your with? lol.. My friends think he likes me, a close co worker defiantly thinks he likes me, a his family treats me like a girlfriend not a normal friend. I dont want to bring up my feelings for him thinking he does too but then get hurt and lose what we have.. What should I do? I'd rather him saying I have feelings for you but I'm not ready for a relationship. Because then I could wait. . Does it seem like he has feelings for me?

I don't even know if these are considered dates sense he hasn't said it. I'm a pretty straight forwarded person, I can't tell from all this if he even has feelings. I'm Almost 21 and he is 23
