So embarrassing!

Well I broke up with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and I still hadn't got over him so I asked my friend what I should do to try and forget about him,she said that I should write down how I felt about him so that night I lay in bed thinking about him and decided to do what she told me so I grabbed my phone and write it down on the new text page for some reason and then I accidently clicked send and it was sent to his phone number! So now he knows everything and he will think I am really sad for doing something like that,I don't think I can ever show my face again! Please help me!!!!!!!!
