Husband problems after 13 years

My husband and I were separated about 10 months, during our second year of marriage. We are now onto year 13. When we got back together we discussed what each of us had done during the separation. We both dated around, but he assured me that I had retained his "one and only". Well this past Saturday night after a few drinks, he decided to purge. He brought up the fact that he'd slept with 3 women...One of which he'd mentioned dating twice during the separation. (Said he broke it off when She wanted him to meet her parents) but he said he never slept with her. Well, after his drunken confessions, Sunday morning he said it was all a lie to make me jealous! I don't know what to think or how to feel, since his behavior had changed a little bit recently. (Being very jealous, telling lies for no reason, and bringing weird male enhancements into our room) he's changed, and our marriage hasn't been easy as it is....and now all of this is breaking me down. Why bring up old stuff true or not after 10 years? HELP
