Don't know what to do

please bare with me, im new to this. boyfriend had a friend (girl and ex) of three years ago on the seen when we got together. anyway without going into too much detail i saw her as a threat. We were talking and his quote was "nothing really happened" to which i replied what do you mean nothing really happend and he said it was all innocent. this morning we had a blazing row over this, and he said that nothing did happen and that he didnt repect her at all. i tried to call his bluff and said i would go round her house, as i do know where she lives, and he said that he cant convince me no more that nothing happened, and he didnt know where she lived and that i would be causing a drama. he has phoned me from work and talked and said that he doesnt want our relationship to end he also swore on his daughters life that nothing happened, and i know he loves his daughter dearly. help please xxx

He said nothing happened so why are you believing something did happen? There has to be more to this then he had an ex gf three years ago. I would like to know what happened to make you think there is something going on between them.

my problem is that i think he slept with her when i started seeing him, maybe they where friends with benefits. But what gets me is he said and i quote \\\"nothing really happened, when i questioned this he said \\\"it was all innocent\\\" To me what jumps out is REALLY and what was INNOCENT. surely he should of replied NOTHING HAPPENEND

I would sit him down and tell him, "Look I really want to settle this once and for all. We need to clear the air and then I will not bring it up again ever. What happened? Did you kiss, did you have sex, did you cuddle, did you stay up all night telling each other your hopes and dreams. I need to know." then when he tells you, you need to let it go. Either stay or leave but don't bring it up again.
