Unsure

Iv been dating a guy for 4-5 months we get on great and he even talks about a future. The one big problem I have is that he is always taking the mickey out of me and I don't know why, the other day he even called me scumbag for no reason (I asked and he said 'its just the way I talk'). Iv told him countless times I don't like it but he just ignores what I am saying.... What doesn't help is that his bestfriend is my sisters long term boyfriend (it was a set up by my sister). What makes it worse is a guy friend has been asking me out for a while and he is super nice(plus im extremely attracted to him)
