Embarrassing sports physical

Was 15 last yr. Had to get my sports physical. Got to the office and he was taking care of an emergency. I was told I could reschedule or see his nurse practitioner. I had to have it done so I just said whatever. I had travelled 45 min to get there so I just needed to get it over with. So she listens to my heart and lungs etc and that's all my doctor ever did before. But she said she needed to do the hernia check. I was getting nervous now but I figured it would be over soon. Then she said she needed a chaparone to examine me. She called for Lupita. I prayed it wasn't. But it was the same Lupita who was a good friend of my sister 3 years older than me who had come to our house since I was 5. I nearly passed out. She kind of waved and said hi. I just nodded or something. The NP asked if we knew each other. I said yes, hoping she would not stay. Nope. She stayed. Ok Andy. Please lower your pants so I can do a hernia exam. I was so embarrassed. I was just in the middle of developing and was nervous so it was really, you know, small looking. And Lupe was looking right at it. So embarrassed I wanted to disappear.

Hey I feel for you, nobody likes personal examination especially in a private area. And to top it all off with someone of the opposite sex that you know watching. But this Lupita and the practitioner never even noticed the humiliation that you felt,they would have seen private parts of all shapes and sizes from all ages,even 80 year olds !!!So Lupita couldn't possibility remember.
