Mixed signals

I've already listed about this but I didn't get much feedback so I bought I'd try one more time. There's this hy I really like. We just recently really got to know each other and we've become really close already. There's never a moment I'm around him when we're not laughing with each other and he seems to like me and he flirts back but then sometimes I might playfully go to shove his arm or place my head kn his shoulder and he usually lets me but sometimes he'll shy away from me. I don't know if this is because he's actually shy (he is) or because he's not a berg touchy person or if he just doesn't like me as much as I bought. But if he doesn't like me then why doesn't he stop talking to me? Why does he seem to flirt back? Also, I desperately want to tell him that I like him but I am also shy when it comes to these things and have a terrible fear of rejection. I'd appreciate any help you guys can give me! Thanks! :-)

Hi! Well... All these sort of problems are really difficult to solve from our perspective, since we only get a limited view on what is happening. Now, I can tell you from my own past experiences that if he is shy, maybe that's why he'll shy away from you sometimes. From where I stand, it seems as he PROBABLY likes you. I understand that you might be very fearful of rejection but trust me, if things continue to move forward as they have for too long you will miss your chance. I would say you should continue treating him like you usually do, and try to turn it up a bit, try to break that barrier and try to find an "excuse" try to grab his hand or something similar and see how he reacts. On the other side, my usual advice is always "hearts are often broken by words left unspoken", so whatever it is I think you should tell him how you feel.
