Is he interested in me or not, please help!

I met this guy in a club in my hometown in February this year, he was on a sport tour and they were out and having a good time etc.So basically we danced together all night, we didn't hook up because he had a girlfriend at that time, but we went swimming and it was kind of romantic. We met a month later again when his sports tour came back for another week. This time we exchanged numbers and haven't stopped chatting... its kinda flirty, but also not. Now I have moved to the city where he lives and we met up once for drinks and he asked me to come to this club with him and his friends, and kind of begged me to come. I had to leave early, and the next day we were chatting and he told me he hooked up with this other chick, but he would never date her. But in the club, he kept picking me up and touching me around my waist and so forth.. The texting is also super weird... like he gives me one word answers and other times he will have a full on conversation! I'm really confused, but I really like him.. so what do I do?

It's hard to say if he actually has feelings for you based on just that much. What you should do is try to get him attracted to you. Try implementing confusion psychology on him since you are not sure if he actually has feelings for you. Give him some subtle signs that you might like him, but don't commit too much as to give him the impression that you're deeply in love with him.
