How do I move on?

I was in a threesome with two other people but I was playing with other people as well. I guess I didn't play with the other two people as much as they wanted though, because they paired up and left me out. The problem is, one of them lives right across the road from me so I see all of the things they've made together, hear about their sleepovers and I get (As much as I hate to admit it) very jealous. Please help!

Just try to remove any anchors that you might have with these people. Don't keep reminders of them in the place where you're staying for example and try to associate that place where one of them lives across the road with something negative. Condition your mind to think of something negative associated with that place whenever you see it. It might not seem to be working at first, but as long as you keep at it, you'll eventually develop the mental trigger to thin negatively about this place on instinct.
