Could really use some help

Ok here we go... about 5 months ago, i had gotten out of a 3 and a half year relationship. I was extremely dumb and pushed the love of my life away from me (long story short, i messed up big time). She was madly in love with me, and i was too blind to see the wonderful woman i had. I would constantly break up with her (over petty little things) and she would always take me back! Until one day she had had enough. She said she was done and couldnt take it anymore. The stubborn guy tha i was, said whatever. Days go by, weeks go by, a month. I begin to realize how much i screwed up. I wrote her letters, never got a response. Went to her house exactly one month after i broke up with her the last time. She turned me down time and time again. I was literally on my knees and she still said no. I gave up. Not because i wanted to, but because i didnt want to interfere with her life anymore. She made it VERY clear to me that we wod never get back together. I had told her i would always be here for her if she needed ANYTHING. About 5 months pass and i get a text from her. At this point i am a changed man, my heart was broken for months, and during those months i had gotten alot wiser on how to treat a lady, more importantly, a lady you love. So she reaches out to me because she needed advice. She didnt know what to do because her boyfriend of a few months went to rehab for hard drugs. So i gave her honest advice. She broke up with him. So we start hanging out, doing "couple activities". And even sexual activities. I really dont know what to think because she still says that we couldnever be together again. Yet she "doesn't know" why shes talking to me again. Any ideas? Maybe she just doesnt want to let me know she might give me another chance? She even says how much i have changed. Idk im just confused

Just continue to treat her properly and you might just get the second chance!! You have hurt her badly in the past and it will take sometime for her to trust you will not do it again.

@susiedqqq well she broke up with him while he is in rehab. They only dated a few months and she said she wants no part of that life.

She also hides me from her family and friends because she know they will tell her to not talk to me. I just dont know what to do :(
