Dissapearing act???

Ok not sure if this should be in this category, Im just looking to get some insite on my situation. So i met a guy through a mutual friend and he is actually this friends boss at work. We met the first time and automatically hit it off... the day we met he told me he hadnt had a connection with someone like this in a long time. He took my number texted me everyday telling me he liked me.. we hung out a few times and it was great he even asked me to meet his father...we made plans to hang out again and everything was fine and then 2 days before we were suppost to meet again he pulled the dissapearing act. I of course was devistated but this wasnt my first roxeo i demanded and explanation... he told me he wasnt ready for a relationship, and so i got over him. We still talked here and there due to our mutual friend and after 2 months he arranged with his friend to bring me over and he apologized bought me flowers and begged for a second chance... i of course as the idiot i am ... gave in and gave him another chance. This time he told me he wanted a relationship was txting me everday.. we went on a few dates and then again after a really amazing datw he just never texted me again... what should I do? Any suggestions?
