Is it too late to get her back?

Hi All, My problem is getting my ex back. We were together for five years and had planned to move in together. I broke up with her after I cheated. I didn't want to but it was the second time I had cheated and I felt like I didn't deserve her. I rebounded with a girl 2 weeks later and when she found out about this she was terribly hurt. After the rebound I visited her for an event she had invited me to while I was with the rebound. We slept together and it was then that I asked her to take me back. She said no and I was very upset. Her reasons were many. She said she liked being on her own. She was angry I had moved on so quickly, telling me she hadn't been with anyone else. And she couldn't trust me after I had cheated. My response for the next month was to talk to her for hours everyday, asking her twice if she could ever take me back and that I would wait. When she reminded me at the end of this month that we were no longer bf&gf I told her what I promised I wouldn't. That I had been holding onto an engagement ring for a year and had been planning on proposing. She didn't know what to say. Except why had I cheated and had a rebound if I loved her so much. Her doubt of my love is the only reason I think she wants to be with me. I threw in the towel and gave her some of her things as well as a photo album of our best moments together that I had gotten weeks earlier. She contacted me to once again ask why I had dumped her if I love her so much.Instead of re-hashing the same conversation I got angry and we haven't spoken since. I want her back. This is the woman I want to marry but I don't know how to do it. Would love any responses asap.
