Problem with my cousin

I have a doubt whether my paternal uncle's son(my cousin brother) 've strong feelings for me.He is 28 and i'm 22.Only thru wrds he cals me sister but his behaviour doesn't mean it.He tries to b physiclay very close wen no is around us.I feel very uncomfortable by dis al.Since he is my cousin broth,I doesn't feel free to disscuss abt this to him.Plz suggest me how could i put up my wrds and say to him.I'm just totally confused b'coz personaly he is good in char.don't no y is he behaving lke dis.
