He text me today (which I never expected, just a hey).* Is he starting to chase me? How do I do about this? Update (as of 9:28 as 2-17): I said Hi, he replied, "So why'd you never reply the other day" He just replied, a second after I sent mine, "Oh" I told him sorry, and he said ok (he's mad lol, but it shows he cares) And recently, he's sent me a selfie with him smiling, with a random phrase he made up. Which he used to do when we were together. The texts, the flirts, the snapchats..what does all this mean?

Yes, he is an immature ass who has no idea how to treat a lady. Why even bother with him? He called you slow. Not cool. Either ignore him or find out what he's really feeling by asking him.
