Career problem, what to do?

Hi, i'm a psychology graduate and been working for 3.5 years now in the HR field with 3 different employers. i got employed right away after I resigned on my last job but immediately resigned again less than a month because the hr role is not what I expected. Right now, i am confused whether to have a career change or still pursue my hr career. I find the practice routinary and maybe my personality could not fit in. Also, couldn't able to have a career growth yet. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

Why Human Resources? What were all the elements of it or according to what you imagined as made you think HR was the way to go?

It sounds like you just sort of fell into the HR field and that it is not something you enjoy. If your degree is psychology, perhaps you might consider going on to obtain a Masters Degree. With a Masters Degree, it will be much easier for you go find a job in psychology.
