Advice on relationship ended over substance abuse

I was in a relationship for 1 year and 2 months and we have been split for 6 months now. This relationship was different from any other I've ever had. We met online using a popular dating site and talked for about a month before I met her for dinner one night. After dinner I went to her house and we talked and hung out for awhile. Long story short she came to live with me at my house after two weeks of meeting. I literally can say this was love at first site for the both of us. We were together everyday for almost the entire 14 months and never had any serious arguments. The problem arose when we both got addicted to a bad drug and she ended up leaving me so we both got clean and sober. Now fast forward 6 months and we have had very little to almost no contact until now. We are both clean and back to normal and will never do that again(even if I wanted to I cant). I still love her very much and she said she loves me too, but is hesitant to get back together for unknown reasons. However we have started to talk again and she is planing visiting me next week for a couple days. We have talked about having sex when she is here and she wants to. This has me very confused on what her intentions may be because I have asked and she wont say. I would appreciate any advice on what might be going through her head. I know I want her back but I don't want to seem to desperate or clingy when she is here. What should I do?

Sounds to me like she is playing it safe. She probably needs to see how this visit goes before deciding what she wants to do. How can she know you are the same man she fell in love with anymore without bring with you first? My advice is take it slow. If it's meant to be it will be.

Yeah I hope that's what she is thinking. It really sounds like that's What could happen. If we could just get back to seeing each other a few times over the next two months I think she will come back to me.
