I have just joined this site ands hope someone can help me. My problem may seem trivial , but I am desperate right now for help. I have just had a relationship ended painfully and suddenly about a month ago, and I am finding it impossible to get over. I still love vhim, but he does not love me any more, although he told me over and again that he would always love me and never leave me. I spend a great deal of time on my oen, which I know does not help, but I have no family of my own. I try to get out as much as I can, but I do not even want to talk to anyone. I have never felt vso bad in my whole life. The doctor gave mne tablets, which I am not takinhg after reading the side effects, so I am trying supplements--vitamin b12 and co enzyme q10. But they do not seem to be helping. Does anyone know how I can get over this heartbreak ?

Hi Mariana, I'm so sorry about your heartbreak. There is nothing more painful than matters of this sort. Speaking with a professional about these painful things is very helpful. Talking through your feelings is super important. You'll find the need to repeat your same thoughts and re-express your same feelings over and over. It's best to bring these words to a professional so that your friends and loved ones will not be overburdened and push you away when you need them the most.
