My husband doesn't want to spent money on me

My husband won't spend money on me except his parents, sisters and his nephews,he buys them the most expensive clothes,when we go shopping he would leave the shop when I show him something I like and that makes me mad because I would stand there and look stupid,when I ask him why he leaves he says I'm showing him expensive things. His sister is 38 years old,she's very rude when she speaks to me,she's unemployed,all she do is party every week and she asks him to buy her things all the time,my husband buy her stuff without complaining.when we visit his home they expect me to do everything for them,breakfast to dinner and do all the cleaning by myself his sisters don't help me and he tells me I wake up late,they have to eat breakfast at 7. He doesn't want me to visit my family, he complains when they call me,his family doent want kids to go see my family,his family tells us what to do all the time, they are too controling.I'm tired of them, what can I do.

Just one question before I dive in: Do you have equal access and right of expenditure to all or any of the marital finances or are you however much dependent on your husband (i.e. have an expenditures glass ceiling set by him or no rights of access to the 'joint' cash whatsoever)?
